We had our two male cats neutered here almost a year ago and had such an amazing experience!! The staff noticed that we had booked our boys on different days (I had just picked times that were available) and reached out to see if we wanted them scheduled on the same day, which was so convenient! I was really nervous about the surgeries, but the staff were so sweet and kind when we dropped off our kitties which made me feel so much better. Overall just an amazing experience. Loved how Heather , so sweet , gave me reassurance and arranged a fast appointment for my cat Oxytocin, who was infested with worms.Eileen and Erin were very kind and professional. Dr.Raj is highly experienced and knowledgeable. He examined my oxytocin thoroughly and diagnosed him immediately. Educated me about the condition and medication, demonstrated how to apply. UPDATE: wow 7 years since my first visit. I highly recommend them. They have officially seen my whole fur family. All were taken to your clinic all have had healthy happy recovery! Im very thankful for you guys and l know how lucky we are to have such services as there is nothing like this anywhere else not even toronto. Your staff are phenomenal 👏 Amazing people. Very professional and they make you very comfortable. The personalized sign is a great touch. Great follow up for post OP questions and support.
They did too much to my two cats without permission. I had them neutered; didn't need the extra grooming, one paw is sensitive as well as they are not acting themselves after a week from this visit. Incisions are healing physically well but they have clearly lost trust in handling. Heartbreaking. More gentle love, pets and treats hopefully helps correct this.
