I was hardly talk to at all, only turned towards the mirror once the entire time and not once was I asked if I liked the work done. I wasn't asked how I wanted to pay, I just had the terminal put infront of me and told "credit card please." I wasn't brushed off so I still have hair on me. Even without the mirror I was able to see improper use of the thinning shears. I felt nervous the entire time as I had no idea what was going on, and communication was severely lacking.
