I was recommended this practice for my natropathy needs. Unfortunately I can't say I have had the most streamline service. Firstly, my initial appt was clunky as the zoom call wouldn't work. Fine. Technology can be annoying. The practitioner was knowlegable but I wouldn't say friendly. Secondly I received texts in relation to my enquiries for products on Vitaly and the txt was so unfriendly. I’ve been attending the clinic for just over a month now, having weekly acupuncture appointments with Heather and I truly cannot recommend her enough! It has been so helpful for my ongoing health issues, and I feel a million times better than I did before our first session. Heather is incredibly gentle, and explains what she’s doing and why, and really listens to everything you have to say about how you’re feeling/what you’d like to work on. We visited twice this week for acupuncture to help induce labour. Misha was so lovely and reassuring during the whole process, ensuring I was completely aware of what to expect and made me feel very confident in my right to ask questions or request he stop/adjust something. Misha also took the time to show my partner the key acupressure points so he could do them at home for me. Overall, very happy with the experience and with Misha’s knowledge, caring approach and friendly service. Thanks Misha! 😀
