Love my provider. Everyone is friendly and treat you like you matter. Only thing that could be better is messaging through the portal takes a long time to get an answer
I have been seeing Karen for years and I just had to come here to say she is the best of the best. She cares deeply about helping and she explains everything thoroughly. It is a relief to find someone like her ! I also have had nothing but positive experiences with her staff. They are professional and courteous
Have tried calling multiple times over the past 2 weeks, left multiple messages and no one has called me back. I was inquiring about new patient information and had specific questions that I could not find the answers to online. It doesn’t seem as though this practice prioritizes people who are reaching out for help. Given that the business is mental health related, that seems like a red flag to me.
