I've been an established patient with Well Within since the beginning. The whole practice has been amazing for me. Front desk, billing and their nurse, all great. Any issues with Rx's or insurance or appointments, I don't have to worry because they all have my back. I see Karen there and have since the beginning. She has stuck with me and helped me more than I could have ever hoped. I completed the online form roughly 5 weeks ago for a minor that they say they can get in sooner, I’ve left voicemails and no response EVER!!! This was recommended by a school mental health specialist and here we are still waiting and my son hasn’t went to school since before Thanksgiving break… smh crazy
