The Wellness Center in Manahawkin should receive 10 stars! Kelly, the nurse practitioner, who cared for me did a thorough history pertaining to my health problem, performed an appropriate examination, and provided excellent care. The staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating.
Last visit I was seen but my vitals weren't taken( blood pressure/temperature). I've been here several times before but this was the first time this happened, just felt the Dr was in a rush. I ended up going to CityMD urgent care 2 days afterwards. They were able to give me more information about the medicine I was prescribed from Well and actually took time to explain causes and treatment.
This place is great I haven't seen anything like it and everyone is very nice.😊 I was referred by a friend and pleasantly surprised.
This place is a joke. They keep submitting incorrect claims with the incorrect NPI number that doesn’t match the provider name. They refer you to call their overseas billing department. I could barely understand a word they were saying so got nowhere. Also, I went there another time with Covid solution symptoms and they refused to test me for Covid.
