We’ve brought our son here a few times while staying at our vacation home on the island, and every visit has been such a positive experience. The doctors and nurse practitioners are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. On one visit, the doctor even caught hand, foot, and mouth from just one tiny mark that looked like a scratch—truly impressive! The environment is welcoming, and we’re so grateful to have found this urgent care for our family.
It is a shame. We used Well a few years ago for my son and it was a great experience. I called today and was placed on hold for 15 minutes, no one came back. I hung up and called again to the same person saying “Please hold”. Very unfortunate and unprofessional. I gave 2 stars because the previous experience was good. This was terrible with a young kid (4 years old) with a fever. Do better for your patients.
This place is a joke. They keep submitting incorrect claims with the incorrect NPI number that doesn’t match the provider name. They refer you to call their overseas billing department. I could barely understand a word they were saying so got nowhere. Also, I went there another time with Covid symptoms and they refused to test me for Covid. I had pain in my ankle, went there. They don't have an X-ray machine so they sent me to another place, that was last Friday. Monday came, nothing from them. Called them they said they did not receive the x-ray. Called three times Tuesday, still no luck. Went to the hospital emergency room and they took care of my problem. This place is probably good for colds or sniffles but anything serious, go to the emergency room.
I took my grandchildren there when they were visiting from San Diego and it was the best experience in an urgent care I have ever had. We walked in, filled out paperwork and were escorted into an examination room. They were both examined, chatted with to gather info and prescribed antibiotics and we were on our way. The entire staff was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable . Highly recommend
