I booked my appointment over a month in advance, drove 2 hours round trip because this barber supposedly had “great ratings.” Big mistake. I went in with a long, well-kept, professional beard and left with my confidence shredded. He took a chunk out near my moustache line… left a bald spot right on my face… and then tried to blame it on me “flinching.” I didn’t move an inch.
