I will admit i lost 35 pds but it was all of me doing it. I watched my intake of whole foods an i watched my food i ate. I came back every two weeks to get weighed. There basically no dr monitoring any of your health issues. You did get herbal vitamins (which were limited n had to pay for more) which i couldnt use. The staff was nice but as scheduling you to come back was a different story. I gave up my maintenance plan cux i never heard back from office to schedule me.

Dr Githerie and his ladies at the office Are Amazing. The plan puts you on works it and you follow it I myself list 5 pounds in 2 days. Everyone should try it I got my confidence back. Thank you. You guys are the best. Thank you dr G

The Dr. and Staff are amazing! So helpful and supportive. I feel better than I have in a long time. I’ve lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks and feel energized. The plan works if you work the plan.

This is a great organic and safe weight loss program that really works! I feel healthier and happier, and have more energy. This is the best program I have ever experienced! I’ve been on every fad diet since I was 13. I’ve never been able to stick on anything more than a month. I feel so good on this program and especially have no cravings for sugar! This is so easy to follow and uses real food! With veggies & fruit! Dr Guthrie is compassionate and encouraging as is his staff! Can’t say enough about this. I highly recommend this program!!!’
