This is such an amazing program to be on. I have struggled with my weight all my life. I have done so many other "diets." This is not a diet a lifestyle change absolutely but teaches you how to eat healthy. I have more energy, I sleep better. I don't feel sluggish like I did on other programs. In 6 months I've lost over 70 lbs. Thank you so much Dr. Guthrie and his amazing team.
