Dr. Guthrie's weight loss plan is just amazing. I was at a point of hopelessness having tried everything over the years. THIS plan really works for me, and the weight is just melting off. Plus, every time I go in I get so much encouragement from the staff there with lots of good tips. If you are hesitating, just don't. Just do it.
