My daughter and I had a pedicure with Michele and Kaylee this morning. Both pedicures turned out great and Michele was extremely personable… great customer service. The young lady at the front desk when we got there could take a lesson in customer service from her, as she seemed more concerned with talking with her co-workers than welcoming spa guests. The front desk woman when we left made up for it though as she was very friendly.
Excellent. Great staff, services, amenities and the food was great! Will definitely be visiting again.
I frequent the spa for massages and facials as I live in the area. This past Sunday I had an exceptional 80 min massage with krislyn. She had a great technique and incorporated assisted stretching which made it better. Very therapeutic. My sore back was gone. She told me she was a dancer and taught dance which made sense because she knew how to address each muscle group in a very effective way. I generally like all the therapists there. This was my first massage with Krislynn and will definitely ask for her again.
I came here for a mother-daughter spa weekend with my mom. This was the best massage I’ve ever had! I highly recommend Suzie and Diane. I got the therapeutic massage as I was experiencing some back pain and Suzie was very attentive and thorough. My mom had Diane for the Relax Me massage and she loved it! We can’t wait to come back. My only feedback is that the facilities felt outdated and not very high-end. But still a relaxing experience nonetheless.
