I came here for a facial treatment with Dori and it was phenomenal. The entire experience was very relaxing and just what I needed. She took extra time to give me recommendations and my skin has been flawless since seeing her. Will visit again just for Dori!
This spa was Extremely underwhelming and disappointing. There was nothing Grand about it. It is in great need of renovations and upgrades a good cleaning, and some adjustments to making the whole experience feel more relaxing and pampering. The locker room did not feel real clean, especially the hot tub. You couldn't see through the water. It was gray/brown and just looked filthy. You couldn't pay me to go in it. Great experience
We were looking forward to this especially due to the ability to come back and have a weekend where the guys can golf and ladies can enjoy a spa day. But, the facilities were dirty, outdated, and you felt uncomfortable upon arrival. You can choose to remain in the changing area in upright chairs prior to being called for your service or you can go towards one of the other "waiting areas" but the waiting area must be near a staff area as my husband and I could hear staff's conversations at high volumes where we expect to arri... read more
The spa treatment was fine. However, I was charged an automatic 20% gratuity. They explained why and so forth, but I just found that to be a little steep.
