Got a hair treatment here. The staff was very knowledgeable, but what they advertised was not what I got. The menu said a 55$ shampoo and blowout but because my hair is long, they wanted 65$ for the shampoo and 125$ for the blowout. Did NOT get that. What I did get was a relaxing hair wash with friendly staff, but unfortunately, afterwards they sent me away with dripping hair. My advice? Go enjoy the relaxation room for free if you're staying in the hotel.
Eileen was fantastic. We went for a couples massage and did the painting party. If you are looking for a romantic time with your significant other, I highly recommend booking the painting party.
First rate spa and salon. Appointment, check-in and tour was handled by Crystal, who was very welcoming and nice. Went for a manicure-pedicure. Spa services are included, so I had a shower, shave and steam bath! Water and tea also complimentary. Mani-pedi with Vitalina was excellent.
