Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and has a natural ability to work with children. I highly recommend the entire team as they make you feel very welcome and guide you through new things that can be very overwhelming for first time parents.
Extremely professional and accommodating organisation. I have loved seeing Lisa at Well Said, she is a wealth of knowledge and has been so supportive to my daughters needs. Can not speak highly enough of our experiences.
Front desk staff-Tarryn at Derrimut road is extremely rude and unaccomodating. Not ready to understand parent's point of view and difficult situation that these people are putting us in Stay away from this place. Time wasters
I can't recommend this clinic enough. My son started seeing Lisa and Cath in 2017 and what a journey it has been. They are not only experienced and skilled at what they do but also caring humans. We felt listened to as parents since day one, they built a genuine connection with my boy and helped him make real and sustained progress while having a great time. Came to the clinic for our son's 1 pm appointment and found the door locked. Made several calls and left v mails to enquire. Waited for 30 mins and then left. A very disappointing experience. No call back or follow up made regarding our appointment. Needless to say but zero stars.
