Absolutely horrendous. They keep charging our card despite us using a different pediatrician. We haven’t been in to see them since March 2025 and have since been charged $300 with random text messages thanking us for our imaginary visit. We have called and left voicemails to rectify these wrongful charges to no avail, and are going to contact the BBB and report their fraudulent activities on Monday.
Extremely Disappointing – Avoid if You Care About Quality Care During one visit, the pediatrician and staff left us alone in the exam room and went to lunch without saying a word. I had to knock on the breakroom door just to leave, and they laughed it off. I never received an apology, even after calling the next day to report what happened. Amazing office! I bring my baby boy here, staff is amazing. Providers are professional and actually listen to what is going on. I recommend well rooted as a pediatric. 10/10
The best pediatrician I have been to, I have 3 kids and moved here last year. Most pediatrician offices won’t even take your child if you choose not to vaccinate or are considering it. They are awesome, non-judgmental and always understanding. I’ve always gotten great natural alternatives for medications when I ask as well.
