My family absolutely love NP Annalise Clayborne!! She is down to earth , listens and mixes Holistic with western. We are firm believers that both are needed. She’s isn’t Pro you MUST VAX. She Pro “let me educate you on your options, but you make the decision you’re comfortable with based on the conversation and concerns”. We can’t say enough great things about the practice, from the front office staff to the MAs and providers! Front office staff were kind enough to get both of my kids in for sick visits (same day!!) before their first well visit since we are new to the area. That was such a relief and we were so grateful to be seen same day. The MAs were so compassionate and kind. We have been taking our child to Well Rooted Pediatrics since she was born. I am always grateful for the time that all of the providers take with us to answer all of our questions and concerns.
As a first-time mom, I chose this practice because of its high rating, but my experience—especially with Nurse Practitioner Candice—has been very disappointing. Visits felt rushed and impersonal, with little effort to listen or ask questions. At our one-month appointment, we waited over 30 minutes, and it seemed she wasn’t aware we were there until reminded.
