Absolutely amazing facility!!! We started coming here a little over three years ago for my eldest and since then have added two kids to the Well Rooted Pediatrics family! My husband And seven-year-old have their first appointment visit today at the functional medicine side of things! We cannot refer to many people or speak too highly about this place! Impossible to get ahold of anyone directly. Calls go through a call center and then they have to call you back which just leads to a game of phone tag. Ended up going elsewhere for this reason after playing phone tag on more than one occasion.
We've had nothing but amazing visits at well rooted pediatrics crystal lake office! Everyone we've come into contact with is so amazing,and sweet. The office, and bathroom are always super clean. Ashley always takes the time to answer any questions, I never feel rushed out of there. She even lets my daughter help with her brother's visits any way she can, which is so special. I would highly recommend this practice!
Well Rooted has provided the absolute best pediatric care we have ever experienced. We have been to many offices over the years, and this one surpasses all of them by miles. At our very first visit, we finally received real answers. The providers at Well Rooted don’t just care deeply for their patients—they truly go above and beyond to educate parents as well.
