I took my sick little Maltese dog to them on Saturday 11/09/2024 and the first thing they did was try to get me to sign a paper to spend 550.00 before they would even look at him. These people are money hungry and do not care about your animal. The visit ended up costing us about 1200 and my dog died a couple of hours later. I will never go to them again and I hope this review halps someone avoid these heartless money grabbers.
An update to my original review, which is still below..... Well Pets does not accept what happened to my cat. They believe they're correct on everything in regards to the medicine their vet gave my cat. They can't accept that the vet was wrong or could have been wrong at all with the medicine she prescribed for my cat. They believe that because their vets are knowledgeable about all things, that they can do nothing wrong. Nobody is perfect in everything, no matter what they think or believe. Unfortunately for myself and my cat, the experience we had was not good. The vet I saw was nice enough, but she used poor judgment in prescribing medicine for my cat. The medicine she gave me to give my cat was not good for my cat, as it was toxic to my cat because of having CKD. I trusted the vet to prescribe the appropriate medicine and she failed. I had to put my cat to sleep due to this medication. I will not go back to Well Pets. A person goes to a vet for help with their pet, not to have them get sicker because of the ... read more

Had a terrible experience, waited for a spot to get in the clinic on a Saturday, only 7 people ahead of me... took them five and a half hours to get me in. I know what your thinking, no the horror story does not end here. After making us wait the 5.5 hours, they were supposed to be testing for anal gland rupture, all good than they proceeded to run more random tests to run up the bill.
