The worst......... I have given this clinic one star only because I have to give it something to be able to write this review. I took 3 dogs in to be fixed 2 girls and 1 boy. The older of the 2 girls had a very hard time for 3 days. On day 2 I called to ask if it was normal for her to not want to get out of bed and not want to eat. Filthy! Mistake ridden!! Motley crew!!! I brought my dogs there a number of times over the years. Mostly for the February Dental discount. My dogs never had a problem going in this vet clinic before. One's a Dachsund the other a chihuahua mix. But when I brougt my basset puppy in to be fixxed and to have her first rabies shot DR.NOES STAFF WOULD HAVE KILLED HER IF I HAD BEEN AN HOUR LATER TO PICK HER UP..... Do not go here! I would not pee on these people if they were on fire! I was horrified at the way they treated my cat and myself. The assistants rolled their eyes, while my boyfriend and I cried while saying goodbye to our kitty (we had to put him to sleep). This vet only did not handle any of his previous care, (we took him there because it was close). The vet referred to our cat as "it", as in "it's still breathing, but the heart should stop soon, you can stay in here if you want". The vet assistants didnt hold or treat my ... read more
Definetly the best place ever!! You know it seriously bothers me what some are saying about this place! We have been taking our animals there for as long as I remember! They are kind people and take care of every animal! They give the shots right in the lobby and dont charge an office visit like some of these other rip off vets! And we just got our new puppy fixed there and when we thought her incision might possibly be infected they had no problem seeing her just to check it out with out trying to charge us for an office vi... read more
Awesome place I understand how someone may have a bad experience but what some of the reviews say are dumb! This is a great place and has a kind and caring staff. They are down to earth and honest and do there best to help[ people who are struggling and are always good about referring us to specialists if we need to be. I have had nothing but good experiences here. If they were not such a great place why would they be so busy ALL the time? I have total faith in the dedicated staff at Well Pet!
Horrible Place We took our beloved 2 1/2 year old Full Blooded Golden Retriver because he was thowing up after this place gave him a rabies shot They said the shot would not make him ill so bring him in so they could check him out They found he had eaten a washcloth So they suggested surgery We wanted to take him to Valley Vet in Walnut Creek but they had no one on staff that day so we let Well Pet do the surgery A HUGE MISTAKE my dog came home throwing up all the time We would call them to let them know they suggested tryin... read more
Wonder Place for Vet Care Took my cat and Golden Ret to get spayed and nuetered as well as update on shots...best "deal" in the county as far as cost. My animals recovered VERY well. Staff was very friendly. My cousin took her two kitties and they recovered VERY well. I have a friend of mine taking her dog there for nuetering. This is the place where the county takes their "pound" animals. Very good experience. Would highly recommend this place.
Negligent Operations - DO NOT TRUST THEM Negligent Operations - DO NOT TRUST THEIR CARE Please avoid taking your pets who you love so much to this clinic. They are careless, sloppy and uncompassionate. I always thought that people who go into this field is because they love animals and want to treat them for illness. I know of three different families including mine who have had terrible experiences with this clinic. All went in for spay/neutering and became very ill due to careless medical attention or procedures. One story... read more
