Amazing and understanding
Got there at 7:59 waited with my paperwork outside till 8:20. Was let in and waited for internet to come on. Instead of choosing numbers they let two people choose numbers. Then came back out and let two more people choose numbers because they had insisted they were worse off than everyone else. Then told me they couldn’t see me today…my tooth broke in half over the weekend…I have six children and this was the only day I had someone to watch them. Richland county do better for parents. Having a mom come all the way to the dentist with her kids for no one to show up is beyond disorganized and disrespectful after I confirmed the appointment the day before. Disgusting
