This is the single worst medical practice I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Because of this practice I was caused to be off of a medication for 3 months with little to no attempt to correct the issue despite numerous phone calls and multiple visits. I switched to Arches Medical in East Providence and had the needed medication fulfilled in under a week. Thanks for nothing Amanda and staff! More like “Well-ZERO”!
It’s been a few years since I left this office as a patient, but I am still not over how inhumane Jessica Wood’s idea of what professional medical care is. I have a diagnosis of adhd, anxiety, and depression. I emphasized anxiety was one of my foremost concerns. Since I was previously prescribed medications for adhd, she immediately prescribed one of the medication I previously took with many side effects including increased anxiety and decreased appetite (I am and have been underweight my whole life). Terrible experience at this office. I wouldn't recommend for medical (cant speak for the dental side of things). I was denied lab work for an issue that was mentioned in my first appt with my doctor with no explanation as to why she wouldn't write me a lab slip for lab work to be done to fix an issue.. Receptionist is SO rude and unprofessional - she hung up on me in the middle of me talking. Coming here has not been a pleasant experience at all.
