Terrible experience at this office. I wouldn't recommend for medical (cant speak for the dental side of things). I was denied lab work for an issue that was mentioned in my first appt with my doctor with no explanation as to why she wouldn't write me a lab slip for lab work to be done to fix an issue.. Receptionist is SO rude and unprofessional - she hung up on me in the middle of me talking. Coming here has not been a pleasant experience at all. This change was prompted by a previous Nurse Practitioner at the Scituate office (Stephanie Forget), who advised me to read a book called "Medical Medium" - written by a self-proclaimed "psychic" who asserts that celery juice can cure cancer. Wouldn't send my pet to this office!!
I giving 3 stars because I went there for four years. Missy B . Is the only decent provider out of the three ..period ! She's compassionate and listens to the patients concerns . If it wasn't for her all those years I would have stopped using them. I'm giving a three and all that goes for the efforts of Missy B ! The other TWO .. ONE BIG ZERO
