Not helpful. Amounted to talk therapy when advertised as something useful. Extremely expensive so a complete waste of money
Quintin is an excellent therapist. He’s extremely understanding and “normal” meaning he’s shows his empathy in sessions and makes things relative. My husband suffers from PTSD and wasn’t ever open or a fan of therapist, that changed with Quintin. We also greatly appreciated that upfront Quintin told us he’s there to advise us “out”.
