I went into Well Made Home with the intention of getting help on new drapery for a few rooms (after some issues with previous ones done with an interior designer), and pointed to some embroidered fabric that I liked - to which the sales associate then said, “I don’t want to make any assumptions about your budget, but that is very expensive fabric” and didn’t even pull it for me to look at. LOL. I had given her no guidance on my budget, so was pretty shocked to hear that. Needless to say, I won’t be returning for our drapes!
I have ordered pillows from others and Well Made Home has been the best in tailored details. Great quality and I will order (and have) from them again.
Simply the BEST quality and selection of textiles and interior furnishings! Owner is extraordinarily helpful in guidance and followthrough. A designers or home decorators dream,. The showroom and store explodes with gorgeous fabrics, pillows, and a wonderful, kind owner. Packs a mighty punch in the design world.
I consulted Well Made Home to make a roman shade for my bedroom. The owner, Melanie Mount, is the most unresponsive and unhelpful person I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. She's inflexible, expensive and completely unhelpful. I do not recommend this business to ANYONE! Not just Melanie, but her nasty associate, Alexis, as well.
