It's unfortunate that I wasn't able to make it to my first consultation because I couldn't make it past the unbearable receptionist desk. I was going to be a new patient at this office today but after the horrible experience I had, I would never go back. Their receptionist had such a bad attitude in person and over the phone, threatened me, and tried to make me pay a fee of $50.
