I have been coming to WLCC since 2020 for therapy and medication management and have always received compassionate, competent care from the providers and friendly customer service from the administrative staff.
Today’s experience was absolutely HORRIFIC!!! I was on my way to pick up my daughter from school and received a phone call from Jamie the receptionist (I was told this was her name) She wanted me to fill out a payment form or her company would be audited. Let me mention that I have used my card several times to pay and every time they took my payment without any issue. Now out of the blue she needs me to fill out a form. Ok, not a problem. I would like thank Jamie and Tone for going above and beyond for our family.
The entire process to call, inquire of available providers, schedule first intake appointment, etc. was SO pleasant thanks to Faith. Faith was such a pleasure, guiding us through the whole process, explaining and answering everything patiently. She also kept her promise in calling back after checking with the therapists, and this process already gave me a good feeling before even walking in the door. I had a terrible experience. Even with 15 years of clean time I felt like I was being treated like an addict seeking drugs by one of their nurse practitioners. I felt like she was pushing Abilify after I informed her several times I am not interested in Abilify. I am 48 and have experienced different medications and have a good idea of what works and does not work.
