The entire process to call, inquire of available providers, schedule first intake appointment, etc. was SO pleasant thanks to Faith. I had a terrible experience. Even with 15 years of clean time I felt like I was being treated like an addict seeking drugs by one of their nurse practitioners. I felt like she was pushing Abilify after I informed her several times I am not interested in Abilify. I am 48 and have experienced different medications and have a good idea of what works and does not work. Prices are great!!! Love this place
I remember calling over 3 years ago, finally ready to restart therapy after MANY experiences with behavioral health and different therapists. The person I spoke with from the front office was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. I ended up seeing my therapist for the first time in Jan-Feb 2020 and have been seeing her for over 3 years. I have never had a better therapeutic experience. Laura is such an amazing therapist and I cannot recommend her or Well Life enough.
