We cannot recommend Tim highly enough. He provided an independent and in-depth report supported by photos and evidence backed up by his qualifications. He took the time post his inspection to support, advise and explain things that we may of not been familiar with regarding concerns about the property we were purchasing in the Dandenong Ranges. He has such a range and depth of knowledge that we cannot recommend enough. And on top of it all; he is an all round great guy!

I'd read all the amazing reviews on here about Tim's work so was already expecting a high standard but I have to say I was blown away by both the level of detail in his report and how generous he was with his time over the phone to discuss it all even further! Tim's report was really clearly written with all the issues detailed in such a way that, not only am I aware of them but he also recommended further steps needed.
