After seeing a report from a property we were potential buyers for, I knew from the get go that Tim is a professional in his trade, and goes beyond what other inspectors do. I used Tim @ WNPI recently for a property in the Hills as a first home buyer! - lovely guy, great punctuality with reports & communication & had our best interest in making a determined choice. Will use Tim in the future for sure! He really helped us understand what needed to be done, what should be done & where to start! Cheers Tim :)
Tim is super thorough, well-informed and genuine, happy to help beyond a baseline and to top it off an awesome communicator.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Tim for our building inspection, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tim was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. We’re so grateful for his guidance, professionalism, and attention to detail. He gave us real confidence moving forward and we would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a k... read more
We cannot recommend Tim highly enough. He provided an independent and in-depth report supported by photos and evidence backed up by his qualifications. He took the time post his inspection to support, advise and explain things that we may of not been familiar with regarding concerns about the property we were purchasing in the Dandenong Ranges. He has such a range and depth of knowledge that we cannot recommend enough. And on top of it all; he is an all round great guy!
Professional, quick turnaround and great communication. Tim was great to deal with. Report was thorough and he took the time to go through everything. Couldn't recommend more highly.
