I would highly recommend Tim for building and pest inspections. We have engaged his services on several occasions and have always found his reports to be detailed and very thorough. Tim has also been excellent in assisting with follow-up queries from both inspections he completed. He is a clear communicator and gave us great confidence throughout the purchasing process.
