I’ve been going to Johan at Well Kept Barber for a year—always a clean, professional haircut. He’s patient, knows exactly what works for me, and never rush. Highly recommended!
Much respect and love for Jenn, who did incredible work on a scraggly, months-long beard and mustache. If you have the time (maybe 45 min. to an hour), go for the listed "presidential shave," a more thorough process that uses both electric buzzer and traditional razor blade for trimming and cutting, a pre-shave lotion and steaming mist to protect the skin, hot towels throughout, and aftershave to soothe the skin. Felt completely refreshed and satisfied at the end. Shop has a chill, laid-back vibe to it. Definitely recommend.
I made an appointment four days ago, and today (less than 2 hours before it) they texted to say they ran out of towels and couldn’t provide the service. I was giving them another chance after getting a horrible haircut that the owner himself had to fix. I guess it’s official, I’m not going back.
Zero costumer service and costumer support, can’t book an appointment, you need to call them few days in advance, although I am regular, and the person that cuts my hair usually is not working today. 0 team work and assistance. Big ZERO
