Deb is amazing. I work out alot I do weights, cardio and kickboxing. When I get sore my first thought is to call Deb. I have been going to Deb 15 years and every time I go I leave feeling amazing.
Best massage I've ever had! I threw out my neck 3 days before my wedding and could barely even turn it. I saw Deb for two separate 45 minute life-changing sessions. She was tender and gentle but had an incredible understanding of which muscles, nerves and joints to move to help ease the tension in my neck. "Deb is a true magician! I am a marathoner, an ultra trail runner and a Jiu Jitsu student, and often need someone to put me back together or fix my sore shoulders/back after long runs or a martial art class - Deb knows how to do that and allow me to be back on the trails within a few days.
