Dr. Romashin is a very attentive and understanding doctor who is always willing to accommodate patients’ needs. I truly appreciate his care, professionalism, and compassionate approach.
We came in to the clinic the first time on IFHP, they booked us an appointment and we met the doctor who requested some blood tests and an US. Then we called the clinic again to book for the follow-up appointment to review the test results, and they happily booked the appointment. However, they cancelled the appointment an hour before the actual appointment time citing billing issues? No we don’t have any mean to review our test results!! UNACCEPTABLE
This is a great clinic. The staff member who speaks Korean was extremely kind and attentive, and I am very grateful for their help. Thank you very much!
