Absolutely WORST experience I've ever had with a medical clinic. I would give 0 stars or negative stars if I could. I booked my phone appointment online several days in advance for July 17 Friday at 4:45 PM because that was the time their website showed as available. Without any email, text, or voicemail, they changed my appointment to 12:37 PM. I only found out afterward.
