I have more of a question than a review. I have been very happy with the convenience of telephone appointments, but I've just read a message that says there is no longer in person appointment and I'm wondering if this is correct and curious as to what we are supposed to do if we need to see a doctor. I got a phonecall from the Cambie branch that there is a doctor who is accepting new patient at their establishment, and I was told to come for an appointment at the Richmond Center branch. So I gave them a phone call a couple of hours before the supposed appointment. I was put on a very long hold mid call, and then the call was hung up. So later on, I went to the Richmond Center branch as I was previously instructed, but no one there knows anything about it. Is there a confusion somewhere? :(
I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Natalia Vostretsova. She truly saved my life during COVID. At a time when others were telling me to just take Advil and wait it out, nothing was helping. Easy to make phone appointment for minor treatments and testing for prescription. Dr. Mallik is very resourceful and helped me with prescription drugs and useful health advice. I highly recommend to see Dr. Mallik.
I went to this clinic for my subsequent allergy shots, no waiting time,the doctor and the receptionist were really nice and accomodating. Dr. Mallik has been giving my allergy shot regularly, he is such a wonderful and helpful doctor, very accomodating and compassionate in his job. To all the staff at Well health. Thank you.
