I cannot say enough good things about Ragy and his staff. I’ve been dealing with Well Health for years and they’ve always been so great. Kind, informative and extremely helpful. Yesterday however, one of the team members Monica did something that I was completely mind blown over. I'm 65 years old and have dealt with many different pharmacies. Well Health Pharmacy is hands down the best. With Ragy at the helm and his staff, he is the most professional and knowledgeable person I know.
Had an amazing experience here. Took care of my daughter’s issue on short notice with amazing attention to detail and customer service.
Very happy with the experience I just had with this pharmacy/pharmacist. Called about 20 mins before closing to see if I could get a prescription for antibiotics for my toddler with pink eye. Pharmacist agreed to wait for us (past closing) and was able to assess and prescribe quickly. He clearly gave me the instructions, processed my insurance and told me how soon my son could return to daycare. I appreciated his kindness and patience - something you don’t experience very often now a days.
I’ve had a really good experience with Well Health Pharmacy in Tottenham. I usually deal with Ragy and he’s always been very helpful and kind. He takes the time to answer questions and explain things so you actually understand your medications. One thing I really appreciate is that he calls when he receives my prescription and again when it’s ready to be picked up. It makes the whole process really easy and convenient.
