I've called to book a drivers medical exam a few times here and have consistently waited over 15 minutes on hold even though their automated voice message says I'm the only one in the queue. They cost $240 here. Got tired of waiting on hold and decided to get it done elsewhere for cheaper. If they'd pick up the phone, they'd get my $240.
