Great caring doctors, not rushing you, making sure all concerns are addressed and questions are all answered. Appointments are on time.

There is zero consideration for missed appointments. I am struggling with mental health issues and scheduled an appointment for a prescription refil. I let the caller know I do not have money to pay for I am already struggling with rent payments. She proceeds to ask for my credit card information and tells me no pay no appointment. I have never missed or been late to an appointment for over 15 years. I understand she is doing her job, but her additude and negativity makes me wonder if she has a soul.

I’ve been going to Dr. Sun for at least 20 years. I really appreciate that her appointments are always very punctual—unlike many other doctors, where you often have to wait a long time even with an appointment. She’s also very patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Her staff is super nice too!

I have been seeing doctors at Oval Medical Center for several years now, and their professional and friendly reception staffs have provided various forms of assistance to me and my family. My current doctor, Dr. Sanaz Sarikhani, is a knowledgeable and patient family doctor. She has provided invaluable help and guidance to me and my family in all aspects of medical care. I am very grateful to have met this doctor and to be one of her patients, because I don't have to worry about doctors being indifferent or aloof.
