I’ve been going to Dr. Sun for at least 20 years. I really appreciate that her appointments are always very punctual—unlike many other doctors, where you often have to wait a long time even with an appointment. She’s also very patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Her staff is super nice too!

I have been seeing doctors at Oval Medical Center for several years now, and their professional and friendly reception staffs have provided various forms of assistance to me and my family. My current doctor, Dr. Sanaz Sarikhani, is a knowledgeable and patient family doctor. She has provided invaluable help and guidance to me and my family in all aspects of medical care. I am very grateful to have met this doctor and to be one of her patients, because I don't have to worry about doctors being indifferent or aloof.

The receptionist on the phone always sounds very impatient. I’m not sure if the company hasn’t paid them properly or if they didn’t receive a raise, but even when we speak politely and reasonably, we still get an impatient response. I understand that some callers might have bad attitudes, but if the front desk treats everyone the same way, then it becomes a very unfair experience for the rest of us. That said, the doctor’s attitude is excellent — definitely a positive.
