While I like my family doctor, every time I have been to the medical clinic, I have had to wait 45 minutes+ after my appointment time before actually seeing the doctor. It makes it harder to plan out when to make an appointment because I am not sure when I'll be done.
I had to reschedule my first appointment because I waited over 45min to see my doctor. I'm once again sitting 45min after my appointment is supposed to begin. Love Dr Kaboli, but what an absolute waste of my time. Just call me and tell me to reschedule or let me know as soon as I atrive if you will be this consistently behind schedule. Can't imagine what it would be like if you're schedule were not as flexible as my own.
What a bloody joke this place is. Booked a virtual but doctor C never showed up. Waited online for over 3 hrs as I received 5 texts stating 25 to 70 minute wait. After 3 hrs I slammed my computer off. If you can't keep virtual appointments don't have them. A bunch of bloody Clown blokes work here. This must be the biggest scam going on here and I bet you charged the MSP for this appointment too. I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Etienne Vilonel today. In the 3 minute appointment I felt he heard my situation accurately, understood with compassion, used his skills and abilities to the highest level to address and act on my health needs, taking my history and current situation into account prior to making his decision in order to provide me with a good next step forward toward better health. I would and will travel 3 hours through 6 cities to see this doctor for further health needs.
Most unprofessional staff i have ever encountered.
