Dr Richard Hargreaves was my doctor together with my 2 sisters and my brother in law since 2018. He was a caring, compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable doctor with also a sense of empathy. He thinks outside of the box. We were sad to see him go. I hope that his replacement will be as good and capable as he is. We wish Dr. Hargreaves and his family all the best. Maria
Doctor Richard Hargreaves is leaving this week, moving back to Australia. My wife and I were his patients for several years. We certainly will miss him. He was an amazing doctor and a wonderful person….. We wish him and his family the very best.

After a years-long family GP moved this month, patients were handed off to a new doc, Dr. Dong, who essentially auditioned patients to determine who she wanted to keep. Patients who did not meet her criteria were told they would need to find another doc. No hand-off to another doc was provided. No explanation why some patients were chosen over others, who now have no GP. Is this permitted in a public healthcare system?
