I came there about 10 minutes late because of traffic. I tried calling earlier to notify them of my late arrival but got a recording saying all the staff is on lunch break, so I could not speak to anyone to give them advance notice. When I did walk in and told them I was there for my appointment, I was told to go to the digital check-in terminal to check-in, so I pursued that. We were referred to a doctor here, This is not a review for the doctor, she was great. This is also not a review for the staff, they were fine. The review is for the clinic and the operation. First: This is an extremely small and tight space; multiple doctors work from the same space, it felt like we were moving from room to room and others kept coming in saying we are using this room and we had to move, to have a private moment with the doctor we had to go to a space that looked like a corridor they had put 4 computers in. ... read more
It is hard to recommend friends and family when new patients are not accepted
Dr Richard Hargreaves was my doctor together with my 2 sisters and my brother in law since 2018. He was a caring, compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable doctor with also a sense of empathy. He thinks outside of the box. We were sad to see him go. I hope that his replacement will be as good and capable as he is. We wish Dr. Hargreaves and his family all the best. Maria
Doctor Richard Hargreaves is leaving this week, moving back to Australia. My wife and I were his patients for several years. We certainly will miss him. He was an amazing doctor and a wonderful person….. We wish him and his family the very best.
