Front staff were pleasant. I did not have a good experience with the ultrasound technician - Farhana. Everything felt rushed and she was not kind. In the end, she spent maybe 60 seconds or less showing baby and took pictures that are useless. It is likely my last ultrasound and it would have been nice to get a decent picture. I have had many ultrasounds this pregnancy and unfortunately this was the worst experience ever. I hope moving forward, basic skills are reviewed with her. Mehnaz was wonderful!! Made me feel very comfortable. 5 stars for her.
Had been there today with Mehnaz for my ob ultrasound. Was truly an amazing experience. She is best at making the patients feel comfortable. Would highly recommend
