I was not able to get a refund for the payment they took out just days before their abrupt closure. This location has tarnished the name of the Well Health franchise and I will never go to another one. So sad this happened because I really enjoyed going there and Ms. Cyndi was so awesome!
I am updating my review on Well. This establishment has shut their doors with no prior notice to their patient. The notice we received was via text. They did not honor my prepaid services. I received a text message to go to another Chiroprator in Sango, stating I had 30 days, which ended at the end of September. This provided only 2 weeks for me. Had a great experience while the location was open, great staff and they helped me with a lot, but I have an entire month I prepaid right before the random closure we had no botice on and have not heard back from the company regarding this matter, even though they sent me a message stating I am elligable for a refund when they informed us of the closure. I am a father of 5 on a single income and them refusing to refund almost 300 dollars is not something I can let slide.
I was with this facility almost since they opened back 4 years ago. Love the front of house and the doctors here provided great care. However like others have expressed concerns about recent events I too am frustrated.
