Had water in the morning, then went out for the day and returned later in the early evening to find no water pressure in the house. Called WelGard that evening and got a Well Service company out the next day to replace the well pump. We had water back up in less then 18 hours. Thanks.
Had an issue with my well tank over pressurizing. I called Welguard on a Saturday and they had someone out within an hour. Problem solved. No worries, no added costs. Couldn't ask for more.
WelGard did an exceptional job in taking care of our water problem. It was not an emergency (no water) but they came out and diagnosed the problem on the same day that I contacted them. They were able to identify the problem and scheduled the repair for the next day. Thank you WelGard for a job well done.
We received a very prompt response to the issue with our well. The technicians arrived within hours, were able to troubleshoot the problem and make the necessary repairs to restore water to our home.
After being a Well Guardian subscriber for the past 7 years, we had a well pump go bad and experienced no water pressure over a recent weekend. After being misdiagnosed as a pressure tank issue, I called Well Guardian late Monday afternoon and Al took care of the rest. A well tech company came the next morning and replaced the pump in less than an hour and our water was restored.
