I can’t say enough good things about WelGard. It was there when we needed it. It took a little while to get a new well, but had it not been for WelGard, it would likely have taken up to 8 months instead of just a couple. WelGard drilled us a new well, had it hydro fractured and connected. They even purchased us the water that we needed in the meantime. We are WelGard members for as long as we depend upon well water. WellGard is the real deal. My well pressure tank started leaking unexpectedly on a Saturday, and I’m very thankful I have WellGard insurance. Their response was immediate—a plumber called within the hour to understand the issue, then came out to inspect everything and determine what was needed for the repair. My old tank was from one of the big box stores. The plumber replaced it with a higher quality tank from a plumbing supplier. Woke up no water. Luckily i had Welgard protection plan Called welgard at 930am and they said they'd be out soon. By 2pm they put in a new well pump
I have been a Welgard customer for over 20 years. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a well. Their customer service is excellent. Recently, during our snowstorm and with temperatures at 9°, we had a well pump failure. We contacted Welgard and was assigned a personal representative to handle our problem.
