I have been a Welgard customer for over 20 years. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a well. Their customer service is excellent. Recently, during our snowstorm and with temperatures at 9°, we had a well pump failure. We contacted Welgard and was assigned a personal representative to handle our problem. We called the number on the pump and reached Gary Baker at Welgard, and from the very first conversation he was reassuring, calm, and highly professional. Even though we did not yet have a Welgard protection policy, Gary immediately took charge and set up a same-day service call. The Well Gaurdian Corp is the most awesome insurance company that I have ever purchased that stands by you and truly cares. I had a cracked main line from house to well. They responded and resolved the problem with no hidden fees or added cost to me. They go the extra mile during repairs and address items they think may be an issue I recommend them a1000%. They are professional, personable and trustworthy start to finish.
