Words can’t express how thankful I am for having WelGard and also having a rep like Angel to deal with. Well water pump died on Saturday night 8/1/26 and I reached out to WelGard. Angel answered my call had me do a few small troubleshooting tasks and from there were able to figure out what the problem was. She had a tech lined up for me by 9am the next morning. We woke up on a Saturday morning, no water! A call to Well Guardian had a service provider at my house a few hours later. A new pump was installed as well as a few other parts and everything was back to normal by nightfall. I am very happy I made the decision to keep this insurance, I've lived in several homes on wells and have had some very costly surprises! Well Guardian made it simple and easy and I believe cost effective.
Nice to be able to make one phone call for well problems and get help . That’s all I had to do and after replacing and tracking down my trouble I was back in business.
when I call, and by the next day that I received help to get the water back on The man didn't had what we needed. He also gave us water for a period of time until he could get the stuff you needed to fix-it so I can't complain at all the company did all they say they would do
