I have been a WelGard customer for 8 years. I recently had a leaky water tank. From the time I called in my claim a very professional and highly experience technician was at my house in less than a 1 hour to replace my tank! If you have well water and don't have WelGard you are crazy!
We recently had a well leak at the pressure valve below the pressure switch. My wife and I just purchased our house and we've never been on a well before. We were advised to purchase a well warranty policy. WelGard was highly recommended. We called WelGard and received exceptional customer service. Miss Lillian the very kind and attentive customer service agent located our WelGard warranty and soon after the approval for the repair was made. Well Guard responded immediately to our well problem. Communication was great, we knew when and who would be out to make the fix, and follow up was fantastic.
WelGard took care of everything for me. Gary was very helpful when my well went out.
It was a great experience. An actual person answered the phone quickly even though it was quite early in the morning. That person was polite, professional and advised exactly what the next steps would be. Within a few hours a polite and professional crew arrived and began troubleshooting the problem. The problem was found and repaired in a timely manner and we had our water back!
