I was happy with the time to groom was in a reasonable time frame and my Yorkie looks really good and smells great. The girls are very nice and well accommodating.
This was my first time bringing my puppy here, and unfortunately it will also be my last. At drop-off, I was told it would take 2–3 hours because they were busy, which was completely fine. We recently moved to the Reno area from Chandler, AZ, where we were clients of Well Groomed Pets. Sparks is the only location in the Reno area, so we were excited to continue with the same brand, driving over 20 minutes to go there. Overall the grooming was good - both dogs (a standard and a miniature poodle) came out fluffy and clean. It was fun getting photo updates during the session.
