Followed my barber James from Fishkill NY to Well Founded in Montclair NJ just goes to show that he is worth driving a little over an hour to look good. Well at least my hair looks good. As for the shop small little shop 4 guys and they have a great work environment and camaraderie. It was my first time to the location. If you need a barber check them out
