I would highly recommend Marie Stavros' Workplace Wellness program as it is informative, interactive, fun and something I always looked forward to. It also allowed a social outlet in our workplace to gather and discuss a variety of wellness topics and provide incentives to work together towards healthier lifestyle goals. We discussed a variety of relevant topics such as healthier food choices for both meals and snacks.
