The business itself is great, good service and prompt shipping. The food however is extremely basic (I.e simple meals that are cheap and easy to make at home), limited and pretty overpriced. We got a bunch of different food, and things like the lasagna were okay and convenient but as I said, easy to do yourself. Some more interesting food would definitely be appreciated. Overall great food, we have loved the French toast and the beef burritos so far. I think next time I would just order the meat sauce separate and boil my own pasta as the sauce/pasta ratio in the set meals is for our liking low. Also very prompt customer service, I received a bunch of gift cards for a baby shower with diffeeent codes and they were able to amalgamate into one code. Seems they don’t care to respond to customer emails. The food is great, the delivery person doesn’t follow instructions though. Not a fan of the early morning delivery thing as I leave for work by 7:30AM, I’m worried about missing an order and it sitting out all day. Also the main dishes on their monthly menu are pretty much all pasta covered in cheese. I wish there were some actual “healthy” options
We have enjoyed your food service so we decided to put our kid into your summer camp (to learn your secrets). What a wonderful camp! Kiddo was so proud of the creations and gained an appreciation for meal prep/planning, healthy ingredients, and new flavours. I was initially worried as our kid is younger, but our kid had such a great time and wants to return next year! (thanks also for your availability in answering calls/emails.)
I order every week! Meals are delicious! Love that everything is made from scratch in a nut free facility.
