Staff is always friendly, facility is great
Kelley & her staff are great! Both my husband and I have had a great experience going to Kelley for the last few years. The office is so cute & clean, it doesn’t feel like you’re at the scary doctor’s office. The virtual visits are also a great option for times we are strapped to time and feel too sick to drive to the office!
I've been there several times, have always been treated with kindness and respect, and have never felt rushed by Dr Toffoli. Several of my family members have also been there, we all agree and would highly recommend this Urgent Care.
I have insurance, but like many others I don't have a primary care physician. I have become morbidly obese with age, sounds harsh, but that's what the medical guidelines say. I went to the Well in Beach Haven West. I was giving an appointment promptly and the doctor went over all the options. I settled on Wegovy. The reason I am writing this 5 star review, is Sarah helped me navigate the complicated approval of my insurance.
