Positive people, nice atmosphere, thorough eye exam and explanation from Dr. Nancy Well.
Everyone was extremely nice and communicative. I was able to get my lenses same day they ordered the prescription!
We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Nancy Wells and her amazing staff! I brought my 5-year-old, and everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and made her feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. We truly felt cared for from the moment we walked in. We left feeling so happy and grateful for such a positive experience. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Dr. Nancy Wells and her wonderful team!
I would like to clarify something from my recent appointment. The doctor provided excellent care, and I was very pleased with the examination and his recommendations. He advised me to continue using my current prescription glasses, which I purchased from your office last year. However, when I requested a copy of the prescription, I was only provided with my distance prescription.
