The install team did an outstanding job replacing my well pump and at that time I posted a five-star review for that. But the office staff gets a one-star review because I have called the office twice and followed up with four emails asking for the senior discount that they advertise on the web site and have been completely ignored! The Company had no problem asking for $17,000. for the work, but after sales help from Administration is non-existent. The next time I need help with a water issue, I will find another Company.
