I would highly recommend Doug the Well Doctor to anyone. We had a well pump fail on a Sunday night and we were getting a lot of water leaking from the pump into the basement. Doug answered his phone on a Sunday night and walked us through how to stop the leak. The next day he came and assessed everything and by the end of the day Monday I had a new pump and pressure tank installed and we are back in business! Great to deal with and quality install. Came out quick to our failed well pump. Walked us through it, gave us a solid number, perfect fix. Highly recommended.
We recently used this firm to install a new submersible pump in our well and a pressure tank in the house. Our well pump failed on a weekend and this firm responded quickly to assess the situation. Unfortunately the repairs couldn't be made until the next day but they responded as quickly as possible to rectify the situation. Doug has many years of experience and is very knowledgable regarding water supply systems.. His service was very friendly, responsive, thorough and efficient. I would highly recommend his services.
