The Well clinic was very clean and inviting but my nurse seemed to be in a hurry and my appointment felt very rushed. wouldn’t go back if you are looking for a personable nurse i wouldn’t recommend who I saw! Was so rushed I didn’t even catch her name. Red/Purple hair.
Wish they’d answer the damn phone when they say to call back
The first time I went here I was forgot in a room. Legitimately, I went out after I'd been in the room for over an hour, it was after closing time and I was forgotten. The second visit, months later my meds were called into the wrong pharmacy. Not only the wrong pharmacy but a pharmacy they wasn't open for another 3 hours. Do the pharmacist at my pharmacy couldn't even retrieve the script from the incorrect pharmacy.
