This place is basically a slaughterhouse. They told me my car had a damage history and needed to be sent to their dealership for a full inspection on a lift. They said if there was no frame damage, they would honor the online appraisal price. So I drove a long distance all the way to AutoNation Tustin Infiniti. After inspecting the car, they confirmed there was NO frame damage. But then they suddenly claimed the car needed “reconditioning” and cut the offer by $4,000. Yes — $4,000.
