Words cannot describe how grateful I am for Cathy!!!! I have had gut problems for many years and nobody was able to give me a straight answer. I saw doctors and other specialists and went through many tests. By the second meeting I had answers, a way better understanding and a plan!! My life has been so much better in many ways!!! I highly recommend Well Beyond to everyone!!!!

Started seeing Cathy in Feb of 2025, I was feeling horrible and my regular provider wasn’t able to help me. Cathy did extensive blood work and figured out my hormones were off and that I did in fact have an auto immune disorder. She has successfully increased hormone levels and has me on a strict diet that has resulted in a 20lb weight loss. It was refreshing to speak with a health care provider who looks beyond the standard lab work to see what else may be going on. Cathy took the time to address each of my main concerns and to develop an action plan. She is extremely knowledgeable and practical, and I felt no pressure to follow any particular protocol. I left the office feeling informed and listened to.
Having hot flashes 10-15 times a day, severe joint pain, feeling lazy because I had no energy and couldn’t lose a lb no matter what I did. This was all before coming to Well Beyond and I admittedly didn’t have much hope that much would improve. In just a couple of weeks my hot flashes were gone, I was sleeping again and had energy.
