It was refreshing to speak with a health care provider who looks beyond the standard lab work to see what else may be going on. Cathy took the time to address each of my main concerns and to develop an action plan. She is extremely knowledgeable and practical, and I felt no pressure to follow any particular protocol. I left the office feeling informed and listened to.

Having hot flashes 10-15 times a day, severe joint pain, feeling lazy because I had no energy and couldn’t lose a lb no matter what I did. This was all before coming to Well Beyond and I admittedly didn’t have much hope that much would improve. In just a couple of weeks my hot flashes were gone, I was sleeping again and had energy. I have been meaning to write a review for Melissa Aberle at Well Beyond for some time. I loved all of the tests she did and especially the Thyroid Testing. She tested my T4 Free, TSH, T3 Free and also included the old way of Thyroid Testing (some of these were looking at tongue, hair growth, and temperature). I am so thankful for Melissa and everyone at the clinic. I am on my second round of the hormone pellet and feel the best I’ve ever felt!
