I only worked with Brad for a month before I had an accident and subsequent surgery that required a lengthy rehab. But I am really pleased that I was able to get four weeks of mind/body connection going during that time. Figuring out how to activate my core/glutes has helped with my hamstring recovery a ton. And ambulating on crutches with a hip to thigh brace wasn't as miserable as it could have been. When I was on crutches a few years ago, I had such bad lower back pain from not using the correct muscles. Not this time. I ... read more

Excellent classes! I walk out feeling accomplished & energized. With their expert knowledge and understanding of the human body, Brad & Alina implement exercises that focus on core strength and also muscle group strength together at the same time. Smart and effective! As a result I’m stronger, more confident, and even walk straighter. Thank you!

The Tidal Wave class on November 30 was taught by Alina (who co-owns the gym with her husband Brad) was so good, it got my heart ♥️ rate up, and. I was wiped out afterwards, but I felt like I had a great workout!
