Ms. Tiffany was wonderful to meet with but unfortunately one of her staff members in particular is incredibly condescending and unhelpful. I have been spending over a week trying to obtain a note for unemployment as I was let go from my job in the midst of discovering that I have cancer. All I am asking is that they help provide a note that states I am eligible to go to work but I need to attend upcoming follow up appointments and the office staff are refusing to provide that note which is keeping me from being eligible to r... read more
