How much is the 10 week program?
I would recommend Cheri to anyone. She listens to what your concerns and priorities are while putting a plan together. I changed some of my eating habits and supplement intake with the plan we discussed and have kept it up. Positive health results already in 2 months.
Cheri helped me transform my physique by showing me what foods worked well with my particular body chemistry. We cleared my diet of foods that could be considered healthy for some people, but that wern't good for me to consume. My body reacted very quickly to the changes in a positive way.
