Dr. Park is so kind and extremely thorough.
This is my favorite vet. I drive from Tracy to Livermore to take my animals here. The staff is so sweet and supportive to your situation. I never feel rushed. They take the time to go over treatment options. Then they give you a tablet to check which options you prefer while reviewing the cost. Simply check what you do want and done. The staff treated the pup I’m sitting for wonderfully. Extremely kind, very gentle with a scared pup, worked with me as a sitter as well as the owner to get the pup the best care. After all was done she even got a pup cup on site! Would highly recommend to anyone who has a nervous dog. Overall wonderful experience with everyone from the front desk, to the tech we saw to the vet herself. Thank you Well Animal Hospital!
Thanks to Well Animal Hospital and Dr. Park for taking care of my Beagle Ember. Dr. Park, She is very experienced and professional. All the hospital staff are friendly towards animals. I appreciate that they don’t overcharge us; every charge is disclosed in advance and left to the client to decide. They also have really good customer service. They will follow up with clients, you can tell they truly care about your pets. Highly recommended them!
My 11 year old girl Juicey was experiencing hind-limb tremors and in clear pain. While not fully diagnosed by an ortho / neuro specialist, I suspected Lumbosacral Stenosis. Dr. Park offers Electroacupuncture and Class IV Laser Therapy and I wanted to give that a try since traditional pain medications weren't doing much.
