I had a deeply disappointing experience working with WELL ALIMENTS LLC. At first, Quency came across as knowledgeable and persuasive - they are very skilled at presenting themselves well, and that charm initially gave me confidence. Unfortunately, that confidence was misplaced. Despite clear communication and repeated requests, they failed to deliver correct samples multiple times.
