Dr. Moses was my first chiropractic experience, and I came in feeling a bit nervous. She took the time to really understand my concerns and clearly explained what parts of my body were moving well and which areas needed support. We went through a few exercises to help correct my imbalances, and she also adjusted my hips. I realized this week—after my session—that I haven’t experienced any sciatica at all! Overall, it was a warm, welcoming, and very effective experience. Highly recommend!
Dr. Ayat’s practice is more than chiropractic care. Her goal is to make you feel better in the present, as well as tips, exercises, and breathing techniques to KEEP you feeling your best in the future. She has helped me tremendously with my low back pain (it is now gone) & mobility (I am able to get up from a laying down position so much faster now!), as well as understanding why I had such severe low back pain. Dr Ayat is literally the best! She makes me feel safe and I always feel so much better leaving than when I come in. She gives individualized care and I cannot recommend her enough!
