I am so glad to have found Dr. Ayat. After experiencing a year of pain I have truly felt as though Dr. Ayat hears and understands me and is able to help me with real relief. She is great at communication and explaining what she feels/sees and is thinking or performing. 10/10 recommend.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from a holistic chiropractor until I met Dr. Ayat. From my very first visit, it was clear that she’s deeply in tune with what’s going on in my body and genuinely cares about my overall health and well-being. She not only provided thoughtful chiropractic care, but also recommended helpful supplements and activities I could do outside of our sessions. I truly feel supported and cared for in her hands.
She is so sweet and kind and uses red light suction cups and adjusts you so you aren’t in pain anymore. She’s great!
