I toured Welkin with Tania. She is extremely attentive and personable. The building, amenities, and apartments are beautiful. I can tell she manages the building very well and really cares about the tenants. Unfortunately, I’m no longer in the market to rent, but I’m sure I would’ve really enjoyed living at Welkin!
What a lovely place to call home! Miss Tanya is absolutely a gem and made the entire leasing process effortless.
My husband and I have really enjoyed our first six months at Welkin. Our unit is perfect for us and our dog, and the community amenities are great. We also really enjoy the area, being right across from the Metra and so many restaurants and shops around. Tania was the one that gave us our tour and has continued to be our go to person with anything we need. She's nothing but friendly, professional, courteous, and respectful to both my husband and I.
