Love everything about the apartment, but sometimes late night parties are a huge disturbance.
Love calling Welkin home! Expansive kitchen is my favorite feature.
I toured Welkin with Tania. She is extremely attentive and personable. The building, amenities, and apartments are beautiful. I can tell she manages the building very well and really cares about the tenants. Unfortunately, I’m no longer in the market to rent, but I’m sure I would’ve really enjoyed living at Welkin!
